I bought the love box for my daughter, who is studying in Europe for a semester (we live in N. America). It was pretty easy to set up and once we put the app on our phones and entered the specific code for her box, it has been easy to use. We’ve sent a few messages and are inviting a few close friends and family to send her a message once in awhile too. We love the concept!

Good fun product - but it feels like a lot of hidden fee's. Want color? Pay. Want pictures? Pay. I payed a lot for two boxes to be locked into black and white 8 bit style images.

I had a love box before. The application was so much better before, now it sucks and you can't see what features are with the bade plan and all the other features are with the premium subscription

My daughter is heading to college next Fall and I got this for her for Christmas. She loves it. Unbeknownst to me you can add anyone you want so even her friends and her friends parents can and have been messaging her. It is fun for all of us and works as described. I am not a technology person but she set it up and it was very easy for her to do so. I am sure I will buy another!

The only thing I don't like about this item is the extra pay for all the colors and images. For the price of it already it's arguably expensive but at the same time for what it does, it works perfectly.

Love the Lovebox company. Been using Lovebox since 2019. I’ve gotten one for my significant other & some family members, cutest thing ever. Sure you can say- why not text them? Obviously I do, but something about coming home to a box with a spinning heart & reading the surprise message inside is more thoughtful and fun to interact with. I like how anyone- even people without a Lovebox, can send me a message! I never know who it’s from and love the surprise.
My boyfriend and I love it for saying goodnight, good morning, saying we miss each other and so much more. I seriously recommend it so so much I cannot express it enough. Sending each other nice messages just as a reminder we love each other once a day means the world to us. I love the Love Box so much.
Honestly...I needed something more innovative and I found it in this box. I wish I could just upgrade the box to a color option because it's that cool! Wife loved it and it's super easy to use

I love getting a message from my long distance significant other. The novelty makes it feel more special than a text message. I like that I can hear the subtle ticking noise when I get a notification because I can't always see the heart spinning. We originally purchased the black and white boxes, but liked that we could later purchase a color functionality. I think this is such a cute way to send a message to a loved one. My friends saw my box in use and have all expressed how cute it is! I would definitely recommend this for long distance couples, families with loved ones who live far away, and even kids as they can still receive messages even without a phone.
